Appointment Reminders
Clients are welcome to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
If you or anyone in your household are not feeling well, please reschedule.
There are 3 forms for you to fill out. The Health History Form, the Appointment Policy Form and the Day of Appointment Health Check Form. The Heatlh History and Appointment Policy forms can be emailed to you before your appointment and emailed back to me for your convenience. Let me know your preference.
Forms of payment accepted are cash, credit/debit cards, some health savings/flex spending cards with the credit card logo, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are up to 15 minutes late, a late fee of half of your service may be added to your payment. if you are 15 minutes or more late, Hands On Wellness reserves the right to reschedule your appointment and you may be subjected to the full price of your scheduled service. These fees are in addition to your booked service.
If you are not feeling well, have any communicable disease, including but not limited to, COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. Hands On Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. To request a copy of the safety protocols, email rmbarnes1@gmail and a copy will be sent to you.

We want you to have the best service and experience possible. After hours appointments can change at any time. If you would like a time that's more convenient for you, here are the hours:
Tuesdays: 10a-8p only.
Fridays: 3p-7p
Satudays & Sundays: 4p-9p
After Hour Premium Appointments requests are $250 per massage. These sessions are prepaid only. Travel fees are additonal, as well, and have a minimum $150 fee added to the booked service. This also includes chair massage events. Please text or call 252.558.7055 to explore your options.
